3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring player and parent data is accurate
- Obtaining necessary consents for data processing
- Verifying user eligibility (must be authorised club personnel)
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Share reports publicly without appropriate consent
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Use the service to harm or discriminate against any individual
- Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
- Attempt to circumvent security measures
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Our platform uses artificial intelligence to generate player reports. Users acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated reports are based on input data and statistical models
- Reports should be reviewed and verified by human coaches
- We do not guarantee absolute accuracy of AI-generated content
- Final interpretation and assessment remain the responsibility of coaching staff
- Users should use AI reports as a supplementary tool, not a definitive assessment
6. Subscription and Payment Terms
Subscription Details:
- Monthly and annual subscription plans available
- Prices displayed on the platform at time of purchase
- Billing occurs automatically at the start of each billing cycle
- Subscription can be cancelled at any time through account settings
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period
- Prorated refunds may be provided at our discretion for exceptional circumstances
Note: Prices are subject to change. You will be notified of any price changes 30 days before they take effect.
7. Intellectual Property
The coachreport.ai platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us. Specifically:
- Platform design and code are our exclusive intellectual property
- Reports you create are owned by your club
- We retain the right to use anonymised, aggregated data to improve services
- Users grant a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use uploaded content for platform operation
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, coachreport.ai's liability is limited:
- Platform provided "as is" without warranties
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Maximum liability limited to the amount paid for services in the past 12 months
- No liability for:
- Loss of data
- Loss of potential sporting opportunities
- Third-party interpretations of reports
- Decisions made based on AI-generated content
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Failure to comply with payment obligations
- Repeated misuse of the platform
10. Changes to Terms
