Data Usage for AI Improvement

We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users, especially our young athletes and their families. To continually improve our AI-powered coaching reports, we use a carefully designed, privacy-first approach:

• We use anonymised, de-identified report patterns to improve our AI quality. No children's names or personal data are used in this process.
• All personally identifiable information (PII) is automatically stripped and replaced with generic placeholders before any analysis.
• Feedback data is automatically deleted after 90 days to ensure minimal data retention.

Example: A player named "John Smith" would be referred to as "[Player]" in any system learning or improvement processes.
